Artist History
Kat Victoria is definitely one of Chicago's sultriest singer-songwriters. Kat's inspirations stem from jazz, pop and rhythm & blues. Her mentors are Billie Holiday, Anita Baker, Janet Jackson and Prince. At New Macedonia Church, on Chicago's west side, Kat's voice came to life singing in the church choir. At an early age, her voice was developing into euphoric and harmonious melodies of perfection. Kat's stage performance is full of raw energy and passion. Kat also sang as the front person of an original funk band. Partaking in countless jam sessions, that is where Kat's songs first came to life. She has also participated in local talent competitions and showcases on national television. Kat Victoria, is a seasoned vocalist and performer, who posses a strong marketable future in the record industry. |
