Artist description
Very horn driven pumping ska sounds, with a bit a reggae (dedicated to Bob), a bit of punk. Ends up ska-core-reggae, but we have a very popular jazz/ska song. We do whatever really. |

Artist History
Duff Muffin is well into its third year of making noise now. We learnt to play together, so the beginning really wasn't music :) We continue to enjoy what we do and hope that people take a little pleasure from what we've created. Enjoy. |

Press Reviews
Aided and abetted by a full-blooded, throaty brass section and plinky keyboards, Duff Muffin sound like Liberator scrapping with Mad Caddies (circa ‘Duck..’) with Let’s Go Bowling gone big band as referee. From opener ‘Pipe down’, which resembles Link 80 gone two tone, to the piano soaked jam of ‘Jazz Club’ this is a grade A skank fest, owing as much to the Specials or Selecter as any Americanised third wave tat. http://www.punknews.org.uk/review.php?action=view&id=372 |
