Artist History Alper Ulku was born in Ankara, Turkey, in 19th of November, 1970. He is a 1991 Middle East Technical University graduate, an electrical engineer with a Master's degree in Control Systems. He has been working for Aselsan Inc. Microelectronics Guidance and Electrooptics Division, Ankara, since March 2000. He plays the flute and currently taking lessons from Mr. Hakan Ozturk.
