Artist History In 1990 Chris Vascher, Dave Johnson, Bill Cole, and Peter Swarce formed The Full Effect.Played cover songs at local events. In 1992, Chris and Dave met Scott who had excellect vocals and a catalog of original songs. Two of those songs were recorded in the spring of 1992, Did it Really Matter and Get the Message.Shortly after, lead singer Scott disappeared to somewhere in Vermont and everyone else justwent on with their lives.
