    Artist description
The sound of the music is soft, though punchy with a mix of well placed harmonies thrown into some very playful melodies. With the unique use of guitar and keyboard effects, texture is brilliantly added to the songs, in a way that reflects a very honest atmosphere. Subtle and smooth melodies are delivered with a powerful and catchy rock pop appeal. My Lyrics are passionatly written, and filled with imagery and emotion.

    Artist History
I'm a Brampton based singer/songwriter. I have been in and out of the scene for years. Now I've drawn upon the influences of punk & pop rock. With imaginative lyrics, powerful guitar driven songs and textured funky effects, the melodies will catch the ear of any audience. In 96' I played in a band called "Voicing Iris" which played in many shows around Toronto including the Opera House, the Gasworks and the 360. I've jammed with a lot of other bands and musicians up until now, but ultimatly I decided that performing my own material was more self satisfying.

I just listened to your song, "Cheap Disguise" Your lyrics "I'd rather walk...I'd rather talk..I'd rather be my own Illusion", is the underlying truth of what pumps to the heart of so many artists. Metaphorically, I take these words as having self-doubt at times, yet undying commitment to be an idividual. John. Hi Ryan, I just listened through your list, you show a lot of talent! I especially like Living Room, Without Guilt, and Satellite excellent arrangement skills! Those tunes have tons of potential. Pete. I downloaded all of your songs earlier, but I wanted to assess your lyrics in 2 songs as best as I can. I am probably way off base, but I will attempt. "Fade" Catchy as heck tune. I dig your styling on this one! It sounds as if there is one perso n expressing their own growth in this song, yet questioning themself as to if this growth is sincere or simply a facade. In the end, it seems as if this person recognizes (or at least rationalizes)that they have at least gravitated to a more optimistic pe rspective. "Living Room" Is this the walk of life's futility in search of home (self?) Well done music! Your lyrics are intelligent (not sure what that means, but they are well written and delivered).Sincerely John.Ryan I am appreciative of you and the other artists who still place value in what is being stated in a song. It actually restores a faith in (at least) a part of the human race for me. You help me to see why we don't just exist, but rather continue to flourish and seek enrichment as a group of varied cultures co-existing somewhat peacefully (considering the number of individuals and different ideals we are dealing with). Thank you for your music. Keep in touch!l
