Artist History IMAGINE - A terrifying walk through a dark, thick forest - being surrounded by its grotesquely twisted inhabitants that seem to carefully watch your every movement - your every breath, as they whisper to each other in their own silent language...IMAGINE - The creaking of the staircase as you apprehensively approach the cellar door - behind which lies a grim reality - a bloody abomination too horrid to describe...These are the kinds of images that are evoked by this project. A complex mixture of dark, dissonant melodies surrounded by a powerful sense of imagery that taps into the hidden realm of human emotional response.Gibraltur is a side project created by audio sculptors Otto Cate and Alex Seminara, whose main project, Contingence, has rapidly earned respect worldwide.
