Artist description George Day is a traditional country singer/songwriter from Northeastern Pennsylvania. His latest CD release "Country Feelin's", is real country music, and has received outstanding world-wide air play. It has been on the Mainstream Country World-Wide Artist Airplay Charts for SIX months, peaking at position #2. He placed at #3 on the Indie Tracker Overseas Charts.

Artist History George Day has been writing and singing traditional country music for most of his life. He has won many awards, including 1st Place Male Vocalist at the International Traditional Country Music Song Championship in Avoca, Iowa, and 1st place winner at the Southwest Texas Songwriter's Association. He is a member of the National Library of Poetry Hall of Fame. George has won King Eagle Awards from Airplay International in Nashville, and has been nominated for many awards by Indie Tracker Magazine and Airplay International. His single "You Should Know By Now" rose to #3 on both The Music Review and Indie Tracker charts, and "Beer on the Bar" reached #13 on The Music Review. He and his band "Klassic Kountry" appear throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
