Who is Carolyn Richards?Carolyn Richards is a country recording artist with two albums to her credit. She has performed at a number of fairs & festivals in her region, several for more than five years in a row. She has been on stage with such artistsas Brooks & Dunn, Gary Lewis & The Playboys, Jeannie Kendall, Merle Haggard, Collin Raye, Linda Davis, JeffCarson, John Berry, Jack Greene, and more! She is an excellent vocalist people love to hear! Among Carolyn'sfavorite places to perform are: Ryman Auditorium, Nashville, TN; Paramount Theatre, Anderson, IN; Sagebrush Roundup, Bunner Ridge, WV; The Opera House, McConnelsville, OH; and Stuart's Opera House inNelsonville, OH. All have a lot of history behind them. Carolyn has recorded her own songwriting effort, "I Can't Tell Him Goodbye" (BMI) and released her brandnew single in April, 2001 titled "Patsy, We're Still Lovin' You", written by Lawton Jiles & Charles Beam ofJiles Beam Music (BMI). Jiles & Beam also wrote or co-wrote six of Patsy Cline's
songs including one on Carolyn's "Tribute To Patsy Cline" album, "Love Me, Love Me, Honey Do!". The new song was released on a"Limited Edition CD Single" during our show at the Paramount Theatre in Anderson, Indiana on April 14,2001. Each CD will be numbered and only one thousand will ever be made |
