Artist History Forming in the fall of 1999, Waterline drift has methodically plotted their infiltration into the struggling San Diego music scene. Despite their early loss of a member, bassist Matt Joy, who vanished into thin air shortly after completing his demo tracks, (and is still listed as missing with the FBI), Waterline drift has succeeded in blurring the line between demo and EP with their self-titled self-release. With numerous live shows under their belts, this band will only grow stronger as they continue to play and record in the Southern California area.
