There, one of his instructors was the very prominent Mademoiselle Totems, herself a pupil of famed classical composer Camille St Saens. During the early 1990’s, Jean-Michel also attended the internationally recognized Film Scoring program at the University of California in Los Angles, CA.(UCLA), which has produced many of today’s finest film and television composers. No stranger to the Pop music world, during the mid 1980’s, Jean-Michel was a music writer for Elton’s John’s Publishing Co “Rocket Music”, where he was signed to a 5 year song-writing deal. As a member of the French Pop/Rock group PASSION, he co-wrote and produced 2 Number One Records-“J’ai Besoin De Toi” & “Salut Les Coucous” He also produced 2 singles for the famous French act. Jean-Michel intensivly scored music for movies during the 1980’s and did numerous sessions all over Europe. Later, Jean-Michel joined up with Roy Robinson, reuniting the legendary Europeen rock group “Titanic”.
