Artist History
Vahrenkamp got his start in the seminal Nashville alterna-surf band Mother Hubbard, best known for "Quintana Roo" and "Green." Following a move to Charlotte, NC, he joined the robust trio Mumbling AlvinQ, whose progressive sound won them converts in the small but high-quality Charlotte scene. After a personal crisis of sorts, Vahrenkamp has relocated to Washington for both business school and a second chance at music. |
