Artist History
Airfare Claire is the latest prodigy from the musical writing team of Chris Sweet and Rich Hoffman. After taking some time off from the languishing Milwaukee music scene, the team is back and producing radio friendly rock ready for mass consumption. Airfare Claire is a slight departure from Sweet and Hoffman's previous ventures. Far removed from the cutting edges of Cosmic Debris and the slamming grooves of Everyone and Their Mother, Airfare Claire shows a maturity in the writing of the duo. The two deftly mix vocal hooks with blues inflected guitar and electronic drum beats. "Answers In The Form Of Questions" is their first digital platter serving up hits like "My Own Mistake", "Lying To Myself", "Who, What, Where, and When", and "Able To Love". |
