Artist description
Echo Box was a project largely inspired by the spirit of musical experimentation, the sounds of the instruments themselves, as well as the abstract feeling of dreaming. I frequently used guest vocalists and a combination of electronic and acoustic sounds to create dark, groove-oriented blah blah blah... Oh, hell, who was I kidding, it really just depended on my mood. I'm pretty eclectic. I recently found out that there's already a band called Echobox. Hmm. Too fuckin' close :( So from now on, all my solo music will be created under my name - Eddie Rifkind - at mp3.com/eddierifkind. To everyone that enjoyed Echo Box (2 words), thank you and peace. |

Artist History
Like David Byrne of Talking Heads and Jack Lord of Hawaii Five-O, I started as an art student at the Maryland Institute, College of Art. Unlike these two fine individuals, I graduated, which will clearly prolong the amount of time it takes me to succeed at this music thing. In the meantime, it's all yours, all free, and all inspired by rich, creamy, 100% natural insanity. |
