Artist History Started in 1999, and has had the same line up since the beginning. Recorded their first full length in November of 1999 (which is now practically out of print). They have remained a midwestern band until early 2001 where they are planning a possible tour. In September Alto Heceta was signed to SynapticTactic Records and released the "safe in stereo ep."
