Artist History Formed in 1995 in Columbus, Ohio, Frolic recordedmany guitar-driven sessions. After moving to Orlandoin 1997, more emphasis on the atmospheric, layered synthsounds became more apparent. The first album, "Permafrost," on VelvetEmpire Records, has gained rave reviews from media such as DarkwaveDistribution and Outburn Magazine. The latest EP, "Fragments of the Past,"available only on MP3.Com, includes material from the summer of 1995, when the band lived together in anold Victorian home (that some say was haunted). In March 2000, we provided a track on the Projekt compilation "Serieenia," and were then signed to the label the following summer
