Artist description
The songs on this page are the result of a collaboration with Loren "Lo" Woods, a musician of exceptional self taught talent. Some of the songs were written by him. When I heard them, I just naturally began singing them, fell in love with them, and was lucky enough to get to record them. A couple of the songs were penned by me, and Loren was kind enough to give me a hand in making them a recorded reality. We continue to work on new original music together, and hope to do a few live shows within the next year. In the meantime, I've always got my ear out for killer musicians who might be interested in playing the original stuff. In lieu of recent events, I would also like to use this space to send my deepest prayers and thoughts to all those who suffered in the September 11, 2001 tragedies. This marks a new era in our history as a nation, but we are strong and have freedom on our side. If anyone is having trouble figuring out who the good guys are, just take a look at the quality of life we, as Americans have, compared to those in the countries of the people who have attacked us. |

Guitar work on this track is impeccable." - Steve Hammer/Annie also had the honor and great pleasure to play, and become friends with blues greats, Yank Rachell and Lefty Bates.
