Artist History
Ross and Travis played together and stood in for bands like Rejection, Strik, United We Fall, Jenika, and Next Day. Soon would come the fall of Ross' project, Chasing Edmond, a three year old, everchanging punk/ska band (that he played drums for) This followed the terminal decline of brotherly locals, Friday's High, punk/hardcore (Travis on bass and Ross again on drums). The two decided it was time for change. Ross and Travis had auditioned guitar player after guitar player until Luke entered the scene. Up until he did, Luke was somewhere on the otherside of town playing in the Witholders and filling in for other bands at parties and gigs. Completing the trio, Breaking Spree went on to reherse until Late February 2000 when they started putting together what would be the 9PWF album. The 8 song album contains a variety of punk rock, hard edge, oldschool, and even a little ska. Due out in August, 9PWF will be released at at the Breaking Spree release party ( TBA ). Breaking Spree has just recently signed with Little Band Records in hope that they can get some more recognition. |
