Artist description Big Pop Beast is the dark, driving, alternative rock "alter-ego" of MP3.com chart-topping artist Cloning Einstein (mp3.com/cloningeinstein). Although the members are the same, the two projects are dramatically different. CE (fronted by Jeff James Beck) is smooth, mellow, introspective, while Big Pop Beast (led by Tom Schied) is... well, NOT. Big Pop Beast will contribute half of its Payback for Playback income to CE's Make a Difference Campaign.
