Artist History The Cha Cha Cha Allstars were formed in 1997 to performbetween comedy troupes and belly dancers at a Jamaica Plain, MA variety show called Carlosfest. The Allstars feature members of the Punk Mambo Band BABALOO, The Skatalites, Red Zone Cuba, Segue and more.
