Artist History
K.O.E started out as a personal project for Bleach. After writing most of the material that eventually became K.O.E's first album, Nitrous Oxide, Bleach teamed up with his roommate DJ Scotty A. DJ Scotty A. then put the finishing touches on the music. After this was done, the two of them went into the studio and recorded the album with the help of drummer and producer Jerome Maffeo. When the album was completed, Bleach and DJ Scotty A. completed the band by recruiting musicians to complete the band. Although the band started out as a project, the entire band is now involved in the creative process.Dj Scotty and Original drummer Brian Keegan have since departed.New drummer Ronnie Freeman Joind Band in Feb of 2002 have since played Recher Theater and Annapolis Area Band is looking to expand into new areas.We feel that the future is looking bright. |
