Artist description Lots of heavy guitars that are more melodic than metal. Tight pounding drums. Vocals consist of poetry set to music with gravelly voice, often with harmonies. Reviewers have compared the voice to a less nasal version of Billy Corgan or Frank Black. Songs are somewhat in the hard rock pop-format, but a little more adventurous with arrangements and dissonance.
