Artist History
[very short version]: Lesl began the earliest Keltia, a duo, and was the founder of the band.
--- Keltia Five - Lesl, Jodee , Bill, Barbara Steinacker and Mark Stewart - evolved after a series of mysterious coincidences and chance meetings, at music stores and performances.
--- In August 1999, Barbara and her family returned to their native Germany. Jodee's career as Welsh songstress began to take off, and Bill dove into jazz and Latin drums.
--- The band has now gone, though the cd and music remain. Lesl began her own page, (www.mp3.com/Lesl) while at the same time teaming up with Jodee (www.mp3.com/JodeeJames)for gigs of Welsh music. So to follow the thread, listen to the music here, and then click over to Lesl and Jodee's pages. Outside links will take you to visit Barbara and Mark, see the links pages.
