Artist description Firstly,If you need to contact me, email me here: nickmyersongs@yahoo.com I am a songwriter looking to place these songs & my songs from my "Vlove" dance project with famous artists or newly signed artists via music publishers/managers or any other route possible. I have been a signed songwriter in the past, after being spotted by an Ivor Novello award winning songwriter/producer. He ran a publisher/label in the UK and I signed with his publisher/label for 3 years. The company developed a few probs unfortunately, so I only got a UK top 100 song from my time with them, before the company folded (not my fault I might add!..long story). Anyway, it happened just at the end of my contract ..Anyway I am moving towards bigger and better things now.. Right now I am a free agent & looking for deals & composing new material.. There is great interest brewing for my songs within the industry for new artists, so it just looks like just a matter of time..Fingers crossed!All enquiries from publishers and managers, please contact me. I fully intend for these songs to see the BIG TIME! Hey..I have to live in hope!Oh and if there are any potential intellectual property song thieves out there..DONT plagiarize!..forget it..if you attempt to, in part or in full , I'll find you and sue your ass!(and the rest of you!)..I am just a little protective over my original songs and I like to think that all these years of dedicated hard work and enjoyment creating songs will eventually reward me in some way...and reward the global audience! Some of the tracks are not that new as recordings, but all of the tracks can easily be updated and produced in various styles for various artists. Good tunes never die, but they can always be re-invented with a fresh production! Look out for some new additions to this page, of tracks recorded some time ago and some brand new tracks I'm working on right now.. I have featured many female vocals on these tracks. Mostly friends of mine including Katie Barlow, daughter of Barrie Barlow, the ex-drummer from Jethro Tull. Barrie kindly loaned me the use of his studio a few years ago for some of the songs. Others were recorded on my home studio set-up. I have another project on mp3.com called vlove. I'm a bit of a split personality in music creation or perhaps more 3 dimentional than 2.
