Artist description
Ray has recorded for many major labels, including Capitol records. He has opened for important acts such as the Beach Boys and Rolling Stones.Gary, the newest member of the group is no stranger to the Vegas strip, or the Laughlin Casinos where he has performed with many big bands, including Tommy Dorsey. Gary also maintains a drum studio in Apple Valley, where he is an avid amateur tennis player. His one goal in life, is to play the drums for Martina Hingis..Johnny has been both a band director and performer since 17. He has appeared on television and radio, as well as spending many hours in the studio.Their original tunes are melodic, hooky, instrumentally proficient and vocally rich...Plus the rythmn section KICKS!!!! |

Artist History
The Grumpy Old Men is the premiere Old School Rock and Soul band of Southern California. Their busy schedule takes them to many large festivals and venues, such as Buffalo Bills, Rock-A-Hula Water Park and the Indio Tamale Festival. They are equally at home in an intimate setting, like The Mission Tobacco Lounge, or the GreenTree Inn.The band is also a yearly attraction at Desert Thunder Motorcycle and Classic Car Ralley, as well the Milestone Car Society Concours. Both are California charities.The Grumpy Old Men have opened for the Coasters, and have been the back-up band for major recording artist, Rosie "Angel Baby" Hamlin, as well as the Penguins(Earth Angel). |
