Artist History
Mr. Roe has been performing since age 15 when he jammed with Northern Virginia's, 'The Virginia Gentlemen'. After attending Texas A&M University and performing ska loving aggies in a band that would produce a future founder of Prtland's, 'Cherry Poppin Daddies', Mr. Roe moved to Houston and continued on with Lyrical Cohesion, then turning to Cinco Dudes. As the eighties moved into the nineties Charles played in several Austin bands like Elizabeth and Japanese Butchers until he got weary of the club scene and started recording bedtime stories for his son Parker. Along with friends and time he has collected several stories read by Parker and their many friends. |
