Artist History PART I, AXIS HISTORY AXIS was born out of a vision first conceived by JB Tenney. JB has long been known in our region as one of the hottest blues/rock guitarists around. JB initially was putting "throw-together" blues bands in local venues and dives for the purpose of "having fun and playin' a bunch of crap", regardless of the pay or crowd. It was this "crap" that really turned the audience on, and shortly the throw-togethers became a solidified unit featuring JB on guitar/vocals, Seth on bass/vocals, and drummers such as Joel Franks, Joey Johnson, and Jared Roy. Of course, Jared settled in as the regular drummer once AXIS began to evolve, especially during the studio recording period that would soon follow. STAY TUNED FOR PART 2, AXIS HISTORY
