In the past I have been an exclusively signed songwriter to a small music publisher/label run by an Ivor Novello award winning songwriter/producer. He spotted me as a new talent 4 songwriting & signed me up for a 3 year contract. That was in the UK quite a few donkey's moons ago and I had a song in the Top 100 in the UK charts(real outside commercial world )..I am a free agent now, looking for deals..and getting good feedback with a few potentially big things happening re my songs..I intend to do better this time around!!! I'm the sole composer and producer for "Vlove" the banner name I have chosen for this project. I compose all the words, melody and music and I play and program the lot from my home studio set-up. Female vocals feature on most of the tracks. "LOVE in IBIZA" & "Could U B" have recently gained some Big interest and may well have a Bright~~* future ahead! I would be happy for established/new signed artists to cover my material, but I wouldn't mind the vlove thing working out as a project! Anything that works to get the tunes/songs out there Big time globally is the GOAL! I just love composing and recording... & I'm quite versatile really having composed over a 100 songs/tracks in various genres that I intend to re-work and update. Artist History Email: nickmyersongs@yahoo.com I have been working at composing chart-friendly dance-able songs for a V long time! I was spotted as a songwriter quite a few years ago by an Ivor Novello award winning songwriter/producer who saw me as a valuable contributor for his own music publisher/label in the UK. I was signed to his label/publishers as an exclusive songwriter for 3 years..but that was many moons ago..I got in the top 100 with a track, but the company wasnt a huge success due to a marketing problem and other factors ( not me) that I wont bore you with.. So, I became free & I've been composing and recording since for many many moons,trying to perfect my craft of songwriting and putting together well arranged tunes to a pretty high standard I hope! I'm a bit of a perfectionist, although I could do with a bigger budget! But that'll happen(me hopes!). I have more than one project and don't stick to one style rigidly as it all depends on my mood. I might write a love song ballad one day if I'm in that kind of sentimental mushy mood...but All the stuff on this vlove project site is mostly dance worthy 4 on the floor kind of stuff. And, hopefully 'chart-worthy' as some of my material has been described in "Computer Music" for example...oh yes!Right now I have interest brewing within the industry re my songs, so it looks like things should take off in the near future!I have many original songs to sign...
