Artist History The band was founded by Dan Isan and a former member in 1995. During its early years, Infinity Complex achieved some mentionable successes including radio airply, a performance at Madison Squrae Garden for the New York Film and Arts Festival and a number three Indie Alternative ranking on Mp3.com. In May of 2001, the band teamed up with Wayne Marek, an incredible drummer and Berklee graduate. With this new driving force, Infinity Complex put together a strong set and began booking gigs, primarily in New York City. Group Members Dan Isan, Wayne Marek and Ray Powers make up Infinity Complex with the assistance of Kenny Weydenar. Dan Isan is the lead singer. He's six foot one, has black hair (in its natural state) and green eyes. He was born 02/14/80, has a BA in Radio & Television from William Paterson University and has done some post graduate work at Montclair State. He is both a Freemason and the Shriner. In the past, Isan has taken extensive music lessons both privately and at WPU. He has worked as choir director at JCPS 24; vocal coach in Haledon, NJ; DJ at WPSC-Fm and has performed in numerous musicals and plays at college and in his local community. He cofounded the band in 1995 and now serves as its lead singer, songwriter, promoter, graphic artist and copywriter. Wayne Marek is the Drummer. He is foot six and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was born 11/13/77 and graduated Cum Laude from Berklee in Boston with a degree in World Music. In the past, he has worked as a music teacher on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota and in Escazu, Costa Rica. He joined the band in the Spring of 2001 and now handles its booking, public relations, distribution of Press Kits and stocking of materials. Ray Powers is the band bassist. However, he also, in times of need, can be seeing on the guitar. He is six feet tall and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was born 8/23/73 and has fifteen years of experience on his main instrument and eleven years on the guitar. Powers helps with CD production, promotions and staffing/auditioning extra help when needed.
