Artist History Formed in 1996,500 Hats has released two CD's.The first self titled "500 HATS" in 1997 and the second "Collide-a-Scope in October of 2000. Playing outside the normal club circuit at self promoted shows, "The Hats", as they are often referred to by their friends and fans are trying to break the mold and make seeing an idependent rock show economical and entertaining again.
