Artist History
Pitmonster has been around in one form or another since the summer of '97. Their big break came in '98 when Pitmonster was scheduled to open for the Rolling Stones at Soldier Field. Unfortunately, they dropped out of this show on account of a freak gardening accident that took the life of their drummer. Pitmonster's first release, "It's not opposite day", went quadruple platinum in '98 when the Sultan of Brunei declared the demo tape the country's national currency. Fall of aught, aught saw Pitmonster's newest CD release, "Who do you want me to eat it?" The band taking this cryptic title from an unidentified Denny's scholar in New Jersey. Sales have been phenomenal for this CD, especially in Cambodia due to massive radio support supplied by Sang and Ren who both rock and roll 24-7. |
