Artist History
Neon Circle was formed in 1993 by composer Rossi Ishizuka and drummer/keyboardist Koji Aoki. For first two year, the two composed a dozen of songs for indie release album. In this period the two could draw the outline for the band, but soon Koji Aoki had to leave the project because of his disease. After his death, Rossi Ishizuka back to solo work, and finally decided to take over the band name. |
