Artist description
Greenhouse Effect's sound is impossible to place into a single category of music. There are strong elements of folk, hints of classic rock, and aspects of funk; all driving their menagerie of sound down a new avenue of modern rock. In live performances, most of their sets are their own material; but they have been known to cover various national artists such as: Guns and Roses, Violent Femmes, and Johnny Cash! |

Artist History
Bill met Zack, and the two performed together with other artists for years, until they met Jamie. Jamie owns and operates his own flowershop and greenhouse; which eventually provided the band with an idea for a name. Harmony joined the band in January of 1999; and Greenhouse Effect has been playing together locally ever since. Their first self titled album was released last year; and they just released their second album titled "Theorizing". |
