Artist description Hello My Name is Ducado. I have chosen to write my new bio in the form of a letter becuz letters are more personal and in all actuality that soupy conventional bio crap bores me. Better that U know about me from me than from my companies view even if the company is my own. It's about where your mind has to be, (Individual or Corporation ). I have a great passion for what I do and I do things the way I want so I chose to do it this way. Isn't that what music's about? BEING INDEPENDENT! DOING THINGS YOUR WAY! BEING THE MASTER OF YOUR CREATIONS! CONTROLLING YOUR CREATIONS! GOD CREATED MAN! HE CONTROLS THIS WORLD! Thru Me, God inspires creation and if I am a part of God then I should control that which is His, that he has worked thru me. I love music. I've been playing music since I was 11. I grew up listening to my mother sing the competition under the table in church. It wasn't comp to her, it was comp to them. I play about 13 instruments, some a lot better than others, but thru the Higher Power the pieces always seem to fit. I am grateful for this, cuz I know it's a blessing. I've had bands, been in groups, had songwriting partners, a ton of production projects etc., but now I'm pretty much by myself except for a select few I chose to work with. (COA FAM-LEE). It's better that way! I have more peace of mind becuz I can be real on tape and in person. I've got a couple of records I've done, which were all pretty cool. I've written and produced for some cool Artists like D. Wayne and Knesee. Of course there has been a fair share tired asses that I've dealt with. But even they were cool, cuz I learned from them as well. Got nothing but love 4 U as long as U are true 2 this art form. I've done 4 EP'S and 1 single in the past few years.(ALL INDIE). Most of that was done as a writer producer, some as an artist. At this juncture I'm working as a writer/producer and solo artist. I recently released a solo EP, but I want to revamp it a little, add more material to have a complete SOUL MASTERPIECE. The new stuff is tight, cuz I got REAL SHIT to say. The music deals with everything from SEX, TO BEING BLACK, TO THE WAY THE INDUSRTY WILL SHIT ON YOU, TO BEING A FATHER, DEPRESSION, REDEMPTION, LOVE, MONEY, WEALTH, TO THE STREETS. Check out the vibe and LISTEN WITHOUT PREJUDICE. I'm a badass and I know it! I Rebel! I like who I am. I hope that those who chose to take on the Ducado experience will enjoy. If U don't like it, my prayer is that you'll get something from it, learn some new things about others or yourself. Life is just a Huge Lesson and Music is simply one of teachers. The true goal is to seek and become what The Creator intended for us to be. What ever your calling or your place in life is, whether it be music, law, love, medicine ----Be true, Listen to your heart, and May U find Peace and Love in that place.
