Her first musical memories are of her father's acoustic guitar playing.Her countless hours of professional vocal training lends itself to one of the most sterling, and soaring voices around. To partner her intuitive, interpretive vocal talents, her rock solid songwriting abilities are second to none. Her lyrics are powerful, impressive, expressive, and from the heart. She makes the song feel so real and personable, that you could actually picture yourself right in the scene she has created. Morgan Lee’s songs portray a pensive mix of agile grace, and gutsiness.Her pitch perfect, soulful vocals earned her a spot not only at writer's night. She also performed with Liza Minnelli in 1986 for The Statue of Liberty Closing Ceremonies on Prime Time Network Television. She was also a part of the local cable show, "The Steve Aims Show", In New Jersey just last year. Her notoriety doesn't stop there. She actually sold 1,000 copies of her cassette single, "It's The Moments", in just two short weeks.Morgan Lee can now call Nashville home, but before June of this year, she was performing on a routine basis for several years at almost two dozen venues in both New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee. (The Broken Spoke, The Antiloch Bar & Grill, both in Tennessee, and Rio's Supper Club in New York, just to name a few).Project and volunteer involvement is also indicative of Morgan Lee’s depth. In between gigging and writing, she managed to coordinate her schedule to include time to perform at such institutions as Blind Homes, Visiting Nurses, and Health Care Centers. She also participated in both the 1999 and 2000 Earth Day Environmental Awareness Shows.Morgan Lee’s songs evoke certain emotions inside each of us.
