Artist History Michael Ripoll was born in Long Island N.Y. He took up guitar at the age of 12. Teaching himself the latest songs and riffs by the 80's rock group Van Halen, Michael found his calling in life - to be the musician that he was destined to be. As he grew, his musical tastes evolved into an amalgamation of all musical genres. Moving to Miami when he was 16 made a lasting impression on this young man's life. Discovering R&B, Jazz, Classical and Flamenco, Michael was well on his way to becoming a musician of true soul inspired mastery of his instrument. Now as Michael continues to push the creative envelope, it is his desire that you, the listener, would embrace the music that is truly a gift from God!
