Artist History The PONTALION concept began from within a rock band in Kansas City, Mo. The band, featuring keyboardist Rick Pontalion, guitarist Ron Lewerke, and drummer Mike Schulze, strove for a highly melodic musical platform within the confines of traditional rock and roll- one in which pianos and keyboards of all kinds would not only be merely audible, but would shine through with a sonic beauty.
