Artist description
Five piece indie band, originally from Newport, South Wales. Now moved to Southampton...They have a very individual style and want to keep it that way. Everyone who hears them comes back for more. Check out gorgeous guitar riffs and melodic bass lines; smooth vocals with very groovy drumming and piercing strings. |

Artist History
Formed Jan of 1998, used to be a three piece - Guitar/Vox, Bass and Drums. We've now got guitar x2, lead vocalist, bassist/backing vox, keyboards and drums. Lots of local gigs including the nationally renowned TJ's - music night-club. Released a promo single and the band has undergone some changes, like a few new players, most recently our drummer. The band started off as a three piece that rehearsed in our guitarist's study. He was at that time the drummer. We only had little equipment, but soon moved to practising in a chapel with a full P.A. We did some live recordings here, which we will not be releasing, and have still got them on tape. The chapel soon became unavailable, due to time clashes, so we moved to rehearsal rooms. We have played only few gigs, because of our member adding/changing, but are very tight live. Now, with our new drummer, we are even more lively and we're back on the gig circuit, this time in Southampton. The band has already played some very successful gigs including one with Clearlake in the Joiners Arms and plenty of Uni appearances! |
