Acoustic Slide Blues guitarist has been around music all his life...from the early Sunday morning romps on the Pedal Steel guitar at his Dad's Bar 'The Riverside' sounding like 'cats in heat on a summer nite' to the hungover patrons...to the crossing of Paths at the Newport Folk Festivals in the mid '60's with Son House, Muddy Waters, Bukka White, and Skip James...to hanging around backstage with Duane Allman and Berry Oakley at the Boston Tea Party in 1969...the late-night Hotel rooms jam's with Brother Gregg Allman...to playing on the deck and live internet broadcasting at his Rustic waterfront,cabin/studio as the Sun goes down...'Dusty' Sommers lives the Life he Loves, and loves the Life he lives...!!!....... |
