Artist History
Formed in Sept of 1996, Vocalist Daniel Dunphy,
Guitarist Patrick Kehoe and Drummer Tim Protsman,
along with their Bass player at the time set out
to create their own music. Not only would it be
music that they enjoyed to play, but it would be
music that would please Metal fans everywhere.
Along the way, Bass Player Marty Walsh and Rhythm
Guitarist Tony Nocerra have also joined the fold.
In the summer of 1997, they released their first
demo. In October 1998, they released their current
demo/EP |

Press Reviews
--
The second demo tape from Core Device, and a marked improvement in all areas.
Better production this time around, and the music itself has taken a huge
leap forward. The songs flow more, and romp in places with a Maiden- like
heaviness. Really starting to look forward to a CD from these guys...
"Seven Seas" is a driving track, and the heavy rapid churn of "Raped" is a
highlight as well. The title track does a good job of effectively blending
notes and chords, as the band's creativity and versatility shine through.
Again, looking forward to hearing more.
