Artist History
Brain Garden; We all tend to think of giant, pulsing brains don't we, brains growing in rich, smelly soil. Well in fact Brain Garden did grow from the rich, mildly oderous, soil of Brad Cooper and Atom Smith's collective minds. BG formed in 1995 but was not ready to be harvested at HCH Enterprizes (Brad and Atom's label founded in 1995) untill 1997 with the release of " Music for Unfamiliar Highways". Since this time BG have been very active, creating music for film and TV and contributing to the LA underground. |

Press Reviews
Indie electronic records usually lack both the bluster and finesse of their major-label counterparts, but Brain Garden's output sounds no less professional than Madonna. Full credit to them. Tony Fletcher for sonicnet. |
