Artist description Speedica was a dutch band existing until 1994. The band played old school metal with some thrash and speedmetal influences. The band existed with members now well known in other bands, also here on mp3.com. It had members of Sun Caged and Lemur Voice. The band participated on two sampler CD's and they recorded two demotapes (eventually for an LP) which are now released on their CD "Shadows Of Tomorrow". The bandname got changed into FORM in 1994 (see http://www.mp3.com/form).

Artist History Speedica was Marcel Coenen's (http://www.mp3.com/marcelcoenen) first real band. The band played real old school speed metal with much melodic parts and melodic vocals. This band recorded a complete CD in 1989, which can be purchased through mp3.com as a DAM CD. You can also listen to some songs or download them here. The band recently did two reunion gigs which went great !! Marcel Coenen plays guitar on this CD, so if anyone is interested to hear what Marcel did in the past get the DAM CD or download the songs. The demo is recorded in a 24-track studio in The Netherlands in 1989.
