Artist History
Formed in 1989 by drummer Ezzat Hawash & Bassist Rick Young, this powerhouse 4 piece band rocked the Pacific Northwest for 6 years. Performing with such bands as Havuk, Alice In Chains, Glass Chunk, Tongue-n-Cheek, Nirvana and the Dandy Warhols, Mr Meaner was an intrigal part of the Northwest Scene for 6 years, performing at the Roseland Theatre, Satyricon, Moosehead Tavern, Eli's, The Bone and Belmonts, Mr Meaner was all over the Portland area. The band performed for several years, but due to some internal relations problems and lack of connections, the band stayed local and disbanded after 6 years. |
