Artist History
Floodgate formed in early 1999 and played its first gig in November of 1999. After laying down the basic rough tracks for our debut CD and gigging extensively in the spring of 2000, we were faced with the challenge of replacing our bassist, Mike Bender, and drummer, Jimmy Franklin, who left town to pursue "gainful employment." Having added the talented James Ryan and Toby Kyte, respectively, to take over the bass and drums, we have now released our debut CD and will begin gigging again in late August. Check back soon for gig announcements. |
