Artist History Hammer Head Recording Artist 3 Dudes & A Dead Chick is one of Chicago's most popular bands. With 2 albums under their belt they are ready to take on the world. They are heard on Mancow's Morning Madhouse on Q101 (101.1FM) Chicago and on almost 30 other markets from coast to coast. 3DDC is Jerry Hicks on drums and Tom Repetny on vocals, bass, and guitar at the same time. One of the biggest events ever, at Dennis Rodman's Illusions Nightclub in Chicago, was the CD release party for 3 Dudes & A Dead Chick's second cd, "Learning to Kill". 3DDC has opened for Survivor, 38 Special, Jackyl, Loudmouth, Robert Schimmel, Bobby Slatin, and they have also been featured with Andrew Dice Clay, Enuff Z'Nuff, Zake Wilde from Ozzy Osbourne's band, and also Art Alexias from Everclear. The band has already crossed the country playing 200 seat clubs to 5000 seat theaters, and hope to be in your town soon.

Press Reviews 3 Dudes and a dead chick is really only two guys - drummer Jerry Hicks and singer Thomas Repetny - and no chicks (dead or otherwise) in the band. The music on their disc "Learning to Kill" suffers from the stupid band moniker because it's pretty solid stuff, and not what one might expect from a so-named act. Flirting with bits of goth and a little bit of funk ("Freedom"), this is basically straight-ahead rock that sometimes steps easy (the acoustic-based "Kostandina") and at others times breaks edgy. Bill Zweeker's MUSIC MEN says "Local band 3 Dudes and a Dead Chick credit their exposure on Mancow Muller's RocK 103.5 (now on Q101.1)and Kevin Matthews' Loop moring shows, as well as boosts from Danny Bonaduce and Doug Banks with helping them land their first record deal.
