Artist History Scrunch began as an improvisational outlet for three Albany, NY based musicians. While working with some of the finest bands in the Capital Distric of New York (Alex Torres Y Los Reyes Latinos, The Refrigerators, Sam Whedon's Grim Orchestra, Larry Lewis & Solid Smoke, The Amy Abdou Band & The Jeff Gonzalez Band), Brian, Stephen and Danny were looking for a musical situation slightly less structured in which they could experiment with their various musical ideas and concepts. Thus began the musical entity known as Scrunch.
