Artist description Driving Jazz Guitar Lines as well as powerfull Rock solos are Olivers trade-mark. In 1994 he produced his first CD Mochmann Knapp Weichinger with his own compositions with his two partners Herfried Knapp (bass) and Bernhard Weichinger (drums). On his latest release Oliver Mochmann - turn the grey sky blue (1998) he added some synthesizer sounds that he played with a guitar synth or programmed with a sequencer software and surprised with playing flute as second instrument, a rare combination, that gives Mochmann a unique character. His complex arranged compositions are influenced by Contemporary Jazz/Fusion , Latin and today's black pop-music - like funk, soul and R&B.
