Artist description Kuiper is a mix of characters from Southern California and the East Coast. Its influences are an odd mix of Orange County punk and alternative rock. The band got together to play music and blow off steam from their advertising day jobs. They have been playing together on and off for the three years.

Artist History Kuiper was formed three years ago. The band evolved from a love of Orange County punk, but its members became fond of the radio-friendly alternative pop bands of the 90's. So their songs combine the two. Then adding a female vocalist twisted the sound again. They continue to search for a sound that is unique and upbeat--something they can jump up and down to and have fun with, while laughing uncontrollably.
