    Artist description
A hard driven, rock and jazz inspired groove band with sweet melodies and scorching solo work. Four piece instrumentation (drums, bass, guitar and keys) creates a full and intricate sound. Covers include everything from Phish, the Dead, John Scofield to the Meters and Steely Dan. Vocals and lyrics are poignant and honest with a live show that rivals the sound and energy of any classic jam band.

    Artist History
Formed in 1998 by Chris Smith (guitar) and Dave Selkirk (keys) as a Meters cover band. Brian "Bean" Langham and Damon Logan soon joined in on drums and bass to fill in the rhythm section. They recorded "Live at Ziggy's" on 8/19/99 and shortly thereafter Logan and Selkirk left the group. Selkirk moved to California and Logan pursued other interests. In September of '99 Pete Sangimino joined in on bass. Dave McCracken of Folkswaggin' filled in while a worthy player was found to fill the keyboard slot. Worthy or not, Chris Novak joined the group in November of '99. In January of 2001, Dave Selkirk made a triumphant return to the group playing keyboards and percussion. Long lost friend of the group, Dale Jones, moved from Portland, Oregon to NC and took over the role of frontman, singing lead and playing harmonica. Please take a moment to enjoy our music then share it with a friend. Then come see the band live.
