Artist description I find that the quintessentiality of my musical experience involves me just playing my songs, enjoying them for the lyrics and progression, for the catharsis, for the simple fun of just playing them out loud...many of the songs I've written, or are pending, have never seen performance in any band, and so the only iterations that exist are those I play for myself when I'm practicing, alone. I have chosen this as the venue to give those songs exposure. I also am enamored of the simple voice-with-guitar-accompaniment form, is one of the simplest forms, because it let's the song stand on it's own, without any distracting technical embellishments

Music Style This is the site for my various solo experimentations, a place to exhibit works in progress, give air time to old stuff that's never seen publishing etc etc...so, many styles will be entertained. Maybe.

Musical Influences many many many...I've been involved in writing and performing my own music since the late 1960s, I wrote my first song in 5th grade or something, it sucked, but hey, who's first song didn't? I can still play it.. I gues I'd have to say that my biggest musical influencve has been , well, me.

Artist History I started playing guitar in 5th grade, 1965...joined first band "C.J. Grapejuice" in 1971...I could not even tell you offhand how many bands I've been in since...everything that's played on oldies and classic rock radio stations I heard when it was brand new and daring, not that that's any real distinction I suppose...but I have to laugh when guys doing the current stuff dis the old school...forgetting that they will be old school in not to many years...
