Artist History
Still Well Angel is a refreshing young band out of Andover, Lawrence, and Lowell Massachusetts with a great passion for music. With their tuneful lyrics, fierce vocals, and artsy music, they have brought repeat competition to the CMJ music charts. From starting at number nine and then rising to number two with their catchy tune "Why Can't You", they brought a new meaning to the phrase "bring me down."SWA was formed by lead singer and rythm guitarist Sean Chicarello. Growing up with twin brother Steve Chicarello, who's similar passion for music lead him to take up the drums, the band was soon formed. After seven years these two brothers jammed it out looking for their sound. They had numerous bands but yet couldn't quite find anyone else who shared their love for music. That was until Steve's second year of college when he met bassist Kevin Fisher who emobodied the same sense of love for the craft music as the two brothers did. After six months together as a trio writing original scores, they realized they were still a ways from polishing the edges of their sound. So, after plcing ads for a lead guitarist, the band compromised on a guitarist from Lowell by the name of Chris Motard. His down and dirty yet fierce licks gave the band a fresh new sound, thus propelling them "into the unkown." |
